How to use: N1 は N2 ほど ~ ない

Explain:
Expressing the meaning N1 compared to N2 is not equal.
Expressing the idea of taking N2 as a standard to compare, then N1 is not equal to N2

Example sentences:

1. タイは日本ほど寒くない。
Tai wa Nihon hodo samukunai.
Thailand is not as cold as Japan

2. 山田さんは田中さんほど英語を話すのが上手ではありません。
Yamada-san wa Tanaka-san hodo eigo o hanasu no ga jōzude wa arimasen.
Mr. Yamada doesn’t speak English as well as Mr. Tanaka

3. 英語の文法は日本語ほど難しくありません。
Eigo no bunpō wa nihongo hodo muzukashiku arimasen.
