が (ga) : but; however

でも (demo), しかし (shikashi), けれど (keredo) : but; however

ところが (tokoro ga): even so; however; even though

そして (soshite) : and; and then; thus

それから (sore kara): and then; after that

それでは (soredeha): well then …; in which case

ですから (desu kara) : so; therefore; consequently; for that reason

だから (da kara) : so; therefore; consequently; for that reason

それで (sorede) : thereupon; because of that

それに (soreni) : besides; in addition

そのうえ (sono ue) : in addition; furthermore

では (deha): then; well then

つまり (tsumari) : to sum up

ようするに (yousuruni) : in short; to sum up; to put it simply
